Free trial

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You will not be charged until the trial ends and you choose to continue.

You can cancel at any time during the trial directly from your workspace settings or by contacting support.

Refund eligibility

If you are charged for a subscription and contact us within 7 days of that charge, we will review and process a refund for the most recent billing period.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Partial-period usage may be considered, but we aim to resolve genuine billing issues fairly and quickly.

How to request a refund

To request a refund or cancellation, email support with your workspace name and account email. For Revolut payments, include the phone number used so we can match the transaction.

Most requests are reviewed within 2 business days, and you will receive confirmation once a refund has been processed.
